At the DeKalb Animal Shelter, we are a dedicated staff as part of the DeKalb Animal Coalition. Our shelter has made immense progress since opening in 2017. We are proud to say we are a low-kill shelter, we work tirelessly to partner with esteemed rescues, and strive to educate the public about responsible pet ownership. We also have the support of two non-profit organizations. We've grown considerably since our start, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
